Introduction

Having been a principal driver of several world-class award winning agencies and design teams since 2006, from Fortune-ranked companies to start-ups, has led me to you. While creating outside-the-box, I have obtained a broad range of full spectrum end-to-end creative & 360 marketing experiences as a dynamic creative leader in a variety of sectors. Most recently, serving on Merck’s flagship brand Gardasil 9 as the Digital Art Director & UX Team Lead, revamping creative direction for the brand, initiating multi and omni channel UX / UI solutions. While working in the agile environment, delivering digital tactics, brand strategy & messaging, conducting extensive A|B testing & focus groups, websites & proprietary brand app design and AOR collaboration for brand TV commercial creative. I also reinforced brand indication CTA click counts for ROI and end user engagement by 25%.

While at the helm of Pavone as the sole Sr. Lead, Digital Art Director, UX / UI Designer, my primary utility served as a strategic creative thinker and mentor to the digital team. Spearheading insight, strategy, and complete end-to-end digital UX / UI solutions, animated banners, websites & apps from prototype to viable product for Del Monte, Sun Maid, Starkist, Herr’s, and Winston, among others. The bar of innovation was transformed for our clients while working in tandem with key C-suite stakeholders. The team and I were, dedicated to providing top-tier best-in-class solutions that drove net KPI’s. Base traffic percentages increased by 35% for all clients, demographic, global audience participation and ecosystem engagement were maximized to garner elevated click counts for ROI sales.

As a point of pride, I have been fortunate to have accumulated a robust range of skills, including managing & mentoring, 360 marketing, web sites and mobile applications , web & editorial, video production, copy & script writing, immersive trade show experiences, brand standards & strategy, product re-branding and package design. The measure of my experience will always be the ability to cultivate, inspire others, positivity, empathy, active listening, concise communication, cohesive trust while being cognizant of time and budget. Those experiences led to branding a featured product on the television show, Shark Tank and creative projects for iconic brands like Nike, Adidas, ING, NBC Sports and WaWa. In addition, as the Creative & Art Director of the NPM (SaaS) software company SevOne (IBM). I oversaw the day-to-day marketing, advertising and creative needs, as an essential driver in facilitating all international, domestic & client-facing collateral. The level setting of the brand voice and look & feel also fell under my purview.

Finding a creative approach, I feel, is a conveyance of sophistication through cognitive drivers. Borrowing from my professional and personal creative practice, driving emotional responses is what makes memorable creative relative in the marketplace. Through telling cohesive brand stories, visceral reactions are an inevitability. By capturing a consumer’s innate individuality, specific and targeted returns is what drives creative solutions.

The agile team worked in lock step with external and internal partners and vendors for expedited strategic deployment and coordination.
